Three-Head Automatic Grinding Machine (SPMJ-03) is specially designed for grinding workpieces that require simultaneous processing of upper surfaces, lower surfaces, and edges. The machine operates fully automatically—from clamping the workpiece to completing the grinding process.
Easy Operation: The grinding process only requires a regular worker to place the workpiece in a fixed position. No specialized grinding skills or physical strength are needed, significantly reducing labor costs associated with manual grinding.
Fully Automated Grinding: The machine is controlled by the BR2C multi-task controller, independently developed by Bonray Technology. It precisely controls the servo motor and cylinders, enabling automatic clamping and accurate grinding depth control. This enhances efficiency and automation, replacing manual grinding of edges and R-corners while ensuring high consistency and superior finish quality.
Equipped with three grinding heads, the machine, powered by the BR2C multi task controller, allows flexible grinding head combinations. It can operate allthree heads simultaneously or control any one or two groups at a time (e.g., top +edge, top+ bottom, or bottom + edge), providing flexible grinding configurationsand enhancing versatility and efficiency.
Optional External Dust Collection System: The machine can be equipped with an external dust collector connected to the sheet metal enclosure’s dust extraction port, effectively removing grinding dust and reducing environmental pollution.
